That because

IE11 came out after 8.5.2 Searching google it seems it still is broken in 8.5.3 I would suggest finding a reg key that shows IE 11 is installed and use the @RegQueryValue to query the key when @browserinfo returns "Netscape"

The key to query would be under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer
